My Grandfather's name is John Faas. He is my mother's father. I am looking for his family.
He was the only one to come to the USA. The rest of his family is still in the Netherlands. He was the only son, and had two sisters. He was in his twenties when he came here. Setteled in Kalamazoo, Michigan..Where he met my Grandmother , Nellie Van Boven.. They had five children,Abraham, Josine (my mother),Suzanne,John Jr,and Bill. All stayed in Kazoo and raised their children there. Since then the grandchildren have spread all over the USA. My grandfather passed away at the at of 79 in 1973.
