Dirk FAAS, son of Christiaan FAAS and Marrigje STEHOUWER, b. 25 Mar 1870. Married Jannigje de VRIES 11 Jul 1891, (b. 1871, parents unknown). They had 10 children, 7 surviving, so there must be many descendants out there in the world!

Adriaan was my Opa. He and his wife and children emigrated here to Australia in 1955.
