Fabiano in Italy mid to late 1800's

My great-great grandmother Philomena Fabiano was married to Pietro Paletta in Calabria in mid to late 1800's.THey had 10 kids which arrived in the states in the late 1800's.They settled in Sharpsburg Pennsylvannia and Chicago,Illinois.Does anyone have any information about the Fabianos in Italy that stayed behind?
