The Charles Face I was looking for had a son named Douglas, and owned a dairy farm in New York. I found this family in 2001, but do appreciate your reply. Have a wonderful day :)

My father's name is Charles Face. He was from New Jersey and was in the army not the airforce.

My name is Douglas Charles Face. My fathers name was Charles Douglas Face. I doubt that I am the one that you are looking for. I am 40 years old and I was born in Adrian Michigan. I have lived in Arkansas for the last 2 years.

Nice to hear from a Face cousin. Actually I am doing my step fathers genealogy. He passed away at 58 yrs in 1998. He was the only child in his family and his cousin was the only child in his. I have been tracing his roots even before he passed on but never seemed to get anywhere. I have an old family bible from the 1800's its even in German. The names are written in english but the Bible is in German. I used to tell Dad that it seemed like his Faces/Fases fell off the face of the earth. And I was serious too. We have an original civil war discharge doc. for Phillip Face. All these names are spelled FACE. Tell me the names of your grandfathers parents and where they were from. This will start it out and I can check everything I have to see if you guys are linked with mine. I have a deceased "aunt"who was a foster child, and later adopted. Her birth surname was Face and she was born in 1933 Essex County, NJ.

Hi David, just spotted your request to find info on william face.I see from the date its been 2 years and you may of found out by now.Anyway my name is Marilyn Loughran(nee Faice),the i was put in for reasons unknown,by my Grandmother.My Grandfathers name was William Ewart Face,born in Stroud in 1899.I am about to send off to Stroud to get a copy of his birth certificate as he died in 1941 when my father was 6, hence he doesn't remember any other relatives from that generation.I know this is not the william you are looking for but ihave a list of face from the 1881 census and there is a William aged 58 could this be your william?

No, I am not sure of a Douglas Face, but I can check the Face Family history book that I have. The Face that I am looking for in New York, is a Neil Thomas Face, and the last I knew he was living in Bronyx.

I can help you out. My name is Kelli L. Face and I live in the Potterville/Charlotte MI area. My father is Neil O. Face and he has created a family history book, which is stored at the State of Michigan Library in Lansing, MI. This book gives alot of information and is dated back to 1640. He had help from Alan Face which lives in SanBernardino, CA. If you would like a copy I am sure my dad will be willing to get you one. But dad says that this book cost $100.00 to be printed up.

Just a little bit more about my family. I have 2 brothers. Ty is 37 yrs old and Mark is 33 yrs. old. I also have a half brother and he lives in New York. I have never met Neil Thomas Face, but sure hope I will some day. My grandfather was Ivo Face and he lived in Albion. There are alot of Face's located around the Albion and Lansing area.

I dont know what Im doing here but I have a school project to do In school and were supposed to find our family history. So I guess this would be the best thing. I really dont know that even though our last names are the same I dont know if were related I guess you would know if we were or not. My fathers name is David W.
