Faherty family from Ballynakill, County Galway

Classification: Query
Surnames: Faherty, Walsh
I'm interested in exchanging information with other descendants of my g-g-grandparents Philip and Anna Walsh Faherty of Ballynakill, County Galway. They had nine children. All but one, Thomas, immigrated to the United States, generally between 1880 and 1912. Of the 8 that immigrated, 5 settled in New Jersey, particularly Mercer county, including my great-grandfather Patrick Henry Faherty. Stephen and Peter settled in Pennsylvania, although Stephen died relatively young in 1907 in Trenton, New Jersey. Most of the male siblings were involved in the railroad or pottery industries. The last of the 8 to immigrate, Martin, spent some time in New Jersey but settled in Oregon, where he did sheep herding.
