Hi-i am looking for info. on william samuel failing
1896 ny-1974 california.he was a navy elec engineer ww1 enlisted out of baltimore maryland
he disapeared after ww1 ho. disch. 8/14/19 and never contacted his family again?
he was in the merchant marines 1930 on the f.w. nora. his father was harry p. failing born 1866 we believe his mother was ruby hall they lived in NY then when ruby died they moved to baltimore MD.this has been a family mystery. PLEASE
