My grandfather was Giuseppe (sp?) Failla from Vizzini, Sicily. He and my grandmother Idria, came to the states in the early 1900s and settled in Omaha, Nebraska. I've found that there were a number of Failla's from in and around Vizzini that imigrated to the US around that time.
