Earl V. Fair, 97, of Greensburg,
died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born Oct. 31, 1914, in Jeannette, a son of the late Antonio and Philomena (Delesandro) Fair. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed by the Hempfield Area School District. He was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg, and a beneficial member of the Hilltop Social Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Rose (Yates) Fair; their son, Earl A. Fair and his wife, Beverly, of Greensburg; two granddaughters, Denise Yackovich and her husband, Raymond, of Harrison City, and Suzanne Angelicchio and her husband, Anthony, of Greensburg; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas and McKenna Yackovich and Maria and Giada Angelicchio; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton at Green streets, Greensburg. Prayers at noon Friday in the funeral home followed by funeral Mass to be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. in St. Paul Parish, Greensburg, with the Rev. Thomas A. Federline as celebrant. Entombment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park Mausoleum
