My grandmother was Vertie Lee Faircloth, daughter of William Westley and Amanda Lilla (Braswell) Faircloth. William Westley's parents were William Matthew and Mary Ann (Johnson) Faircloth. William Matthew's parents were Matthew and Clarissa (Sasser) Faircloth. This is where my questions start.
Matthew's father was supposed to be Thomas and his grandfather was supposed to be John Faircloth, but I can't find the connection.
Any info would be appreciated.
