I am just beginning my search and starting with my grandfather Charles Jennings Faircloth, born in North Carolina- I believe in Stedman. His father's name was Walter. (mother possibly Gertrude).He was in the service in Hawaii, also lived in Virginia and eventually moved to Massachusetts with wife Vera and 4 daughters. He had a brother William King Faircloth who also lived in Massachusetts, and a sister Clara Proctor. His father's sister was Jennybelle Faircloth. Charles retired in Florida where he died in 2000.
