I am trying to see if there are any relatives out there with a maiden name of Falletta..my grandmother sarah who is now deceased,her maiden name was Falletta, she lived in Queens, NY or possibly Brooklyn when she was born. The only other info I have is that she had or has possibly 4sisters, names Vera, Josephine, Rosa and Fanny. She also had or has 2 brothers, named tony and joseph. I also came to find out that my grandmothers real name was either rosaria or rosalia falletta. Her dad was tony falletta and he was a barber according to my aunt. My grandmother did have children with John Napolitano, I believe that they had at least 3 or possibly 4 kids, but they were never married..if anyone has any info. it would be greatly appreciated. I cannot seem to find any relative or something definite on my grandmother. thank you...alice improte

John Falletta, 80, of Coronado died March 25. He was born in Louisiana and was a chemical salesman. He served in the Army. Survivors include his wife, Bea Falletta; daughter, Patricia Forrey of San Diego; sons, John Falletta and Tony Falletta of Coronado; sisters, Rose Parsons and Angelina Canizaro of Louisiana; brother, Joe Falletta of Louisiana; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mass: 9 a.m. tomorrow, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 672 B Ave., Coronado. Interment: 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Point Loma. Arrangements: Bayview Cremation & Burial Service. Published in the San Diego Union-Tribune on 4/1/2004. (volunteer submission)
