Francis E., Carrie May Vinson, Annie M Hughes, WIlliam F Jr, and Laurie R Norris, all born in Washington DC.

Elizabeth Blake's parents were Francis b.1833 MA and Margaret, b 1838 NJ.

William was a Captain in the DC Police Dept and Commander of the 7th Precinct, his fathers name was John according to his death cert.
