Surnames: FALVO
Dear Fellow Falvo Descendants':

I am reaching out in hopes some of my vague childhood memories will help in connecting to my extended Falvo Family. I know that many relatives do or did reside in OH, PA and VA. My name is Tonie Falvo, daughter of Guy Falvo born 6/8/1924. He served in WWII, he sang as a Tenor in a 3 family member singing group that called themselves "The 3 Babbling Brooks" He went for a time by the name of Norman Brooks as a stage name. He was a Cert. Mechanic for Chevy. He was born in PA, lived in MI, FL, CO, CA and VA to name a few. LOL

I have two sisters Bunnie and Pennie. I also have a half sister born before 1954 that I have never met named Pennie as well who was raised I think in Michigan, her Mother's name is Iris.

My Paternal Grandfather was named Alfonso James Falvo if I am not mistaken and my Step Grandmother was named Tilley and they had a daughter named Sheila who was born with Down’s Syndrome. I cannot remember my Father's Real Mother's name off the top of my head whom I never met. I remember him telling me his Mother was of Polish decent.

I know my Father had two cousins in Richmond, VA. (Robert and Donnie Falvo) Robert has a Daughter named Kimberly Falvo who is a few years younger than myself and he took care of his brother Donnie for a better part of his life after a severe auto accident. I want to say their Father's name was Frank Falvo, but I can't bet the lottery ticket on it.

I remember visiting Falvo relatives in Harrisburg, PA and going to Kinnywood Amusement Park when I was very little. I also remember visiting Falvo relatives who were living somewhere in Ohio. I remember lots of kids, open land and lots of food, but do not know how they are in the family tree. Just seemed like a perfect picnic summer day with family. :)

My Father for some reason was not big on being close with his family and we as his children now suffer from any family knowledge or ties regarding history, relatives and kin we should be close too and share our lives with, WE MISS YOU! :(

If anything rings a bell and you think you are related to us. Please drop me a line. :)

Sincerely,

Tonie Falvo Kochie
