I believe that Samuel and Robert were definitely not father and son. They were more likely brothers or cousins. Samuel was born about 1794 and my records indicate that Robert was born between 1790 and 1794. Samuel had a son he named Robert which has always made me wonder if
Samuel named his son for his brother.

As for Robert and Roland, I definitely think they were brothers but have never seen any conclusive evidence of this. I would love to prove that all three of these men were siblings but have been unable to find any definitive relationship.
