Looking for father of these two.
They are listed with their mother Hannah Adaline (Voyles) Pogue in the 1900 Bowlan, Shannon County, Missouri census with the Fancher surname. Louisa is born in 1885, and Thomas in 1890, both in Missouri.
In 1910 they are using their stepfather's (Isaac Pogue) surname in Blairs Creek, Shannon County, Missouri, and go by Tommie and Lula.
Hannah married Mr. Pogue in 1893, so Mr. Fancher's given name is lost with the largely destroyed 1890 census.
