My great grandparent's on my father's side were Tomasso Farino(?-1950), who was married to Angelina Santa Maria (?-1947). Both were born in Naples, Italy and immigrated between 1900-1904? Name may have been changed from Farina to Farino, possibly due to handwritting. Settled in Manhattan and later moved to Brooklyn. Their eldest son, Louis Farino (1905-1981), married Frances Calise((1904-1987), the eldest daughter of Louis(?-1951) and Louise Calise (maiden name: Monti). Louis Calise and Louise Monti were both born in Lacco Ameno, Italy and also immigrated shortly after the turn of the century. Also settled in Manhattan and later moved to Brooklyn. Louis Calise was formerly a chef in the Italian Navy. Any information pertaining to these families would be greatly appreciated. Would love to hear from any relatives.
