Does anyone know who this guy is? I jsut received a book in the mail written by Max Farrand, called The Constitution of the United States.

He's written quite a few books, but I can not find any history on this man anywhere! Who does he descend from? Was he married? Did he have children?

The only thing I KNOW is his name, and in 1912, he wrote a forward in his book that was published in 1913. Unfortunately, the forward was about HISTORY and not about HIS HISTORY.
