Looking for descendents of Tom Farris and Ophelia Seymour. Tom was born abt. 1865 in TN to Tom and Lydia Garrett Farris. Tom's father had died by 1870 and he and his mother were living were her parents in Poplar Creek, MS. His mother Lydia remarried to Edmond Young Chesteen. Tom and Ophelia had the following children that I can identify: Ione born abt. 1890, William Franklin born 1892, Mercedes born abt. 1897, and Thomas R. born 1901. William Franklin lived in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Thomas R. married Alma Williams and they are buried in Pine Bluff Cemetery in Montgomery County, MS.
