Dora,

Thanks for writing. This Fast lineage will be harder than most for me, since this name comes into my direct line back about 1820. I have a marriage record for a grandfather, John Springer who married an Anna Barbara Fast Feb 4, 1819 in Hocking Co., OH. Both were from PA, according to their daughter's census records and death certificate. Their daughter who is my grandmother, Keziah Springer Conrad/Coonrod, lived a long life into the 1920s. I also have another marriage record for a Jacob Springer marrying a Keziah Fast 1811 in Hocking Co., OH. I was originally told Keziah Fast was Anna Barbara Fast's mother but I now think Keziah Fast was her sister.

I am just begining to research this Fast line. A Fast will or obit would help but I don't have any. I don't know anything about where this family lived. But I assume Hocking Co., OH. I'm sorry I can't help you any further. Please keep my information and I'll keep your in case I find a connection. I think it's likely, since Ohio was so new at that time.

Good luck in your research,
Tina
