Looking for any information regarding Charles Francis Watts. Born approximatley 1915 in Nebraska. I believe his mother to be Ruth Watts but is in unclear if she was widowed or divorced at a young age. I was able to trace him for a few years but he used different names depending on the documentation, sometimes is is C. Francis or Frank Watts. I am not sure that he had any sibblings and it is possible that he married twice both in the Kansas City area. He may have passed around 1968 but I have yet to confirm that date or find burial information. When he was young, his mother appeared to have lived with relatives in Nebraska until his teens and in her later years lived possibily in Kansas with other relatives. Looking for anyone who can help fill in the holes.
