Looking for information on this Joseph. I have a Joseph Faulhaber born 1830 in Frittlingen who is noted as coming to America along with his older brother John Baptist Faulhaber born 1815.

Joseph is called Joseph Fowler in both the 1860 and 1870 censuses, but Faulhaber in 1880. He had five sons in the 1880 census. William, Samuel, Alexander, Joseph and Frederick.

On a side note, there are many Faulhabers in Frittlingen which is in Schurra, an Austrian controlled province in present day Wuerttemberg.
