Looking for information on my family, who were Black Fausts that lived in the area of Denmark & Bamberg. My Great-grandmother was named Lula Mae Faust and was most likely born a slave. She married Albert Breland. Lula Mae had at least 2 Brothers, Gabe & Meade Faust, who I believe were Horse Jockeys in the area. Their Parents were Jeffrey & Cosie Faust. All the Fausts in my line were as it was told to me by my Grandmother were very dark, but with long,straight, jet black hair which was from their Indian heritage. Any information will help!! THANKS!!
