I've been searching for Fauvers for many years. My great grandfather and great grandmother lived in the Amherst Co Va area. They had two sons. Andrew and James William. During the Conferate war, my g/gfather George A served, contracted typhoid fever and was sent home. His wife, Jane Angus and their baby Andrew also contracted typhoid. All 3 of them died, leaving James William (my grandfather) an orphan at about the age of 6.
Can anyone shed any light on this line of Fauvers?
