That is the first picture he has seen of Ada-he says she looks a lot like her mother-there was Ada-Terrence (my husband's father) William-Mary-Bonnie and Barbara-they were raised in the Richmond area of Michigan-my husband Dad lived in Fostoria, Michigan. My husband is James (I'm Cherie by the way). We are currently living in Florida, but are planning to move closer to our son in Texas. Jim lost his father in 1990. Mary and William are also deceased. Bonnie and Barbara married and moved away, and we no nothing more about them. Their parents are Terence and Goldie Welsted. Goldie passed in 1963 complications from diabetes. Terence died in 1966. I will hook my scanner up and send you pictures. Jim's dad was suppose to be named after his Dad but somehow and extra r ended up in his name. Terence(Ada's father) was named after his grandfather. This summer I was able to travel to Andersonville Georgia where 2 of his brothers died at the confederate prisoner of war camp. We were able to find their headstones. Hard to imagine losing two of your sons like that. I am interested in any pictures you have, as we are trying to put together his family history. The first information we had about Ada was from Charles Fay. He told me in an email that he met Ada while deer hunting in Michigan. Apparently the Dentons and the Fays were friends. I will see what else I have and send it to you.
