Seems as though she married a L. H. Chism.
One son, William H. Chism 1907-1933.

Louis Feasel was my great grandfather. He died before I was born. According to the Moore's Funeral Home, he was born on Dec. 2, 1856 in Muncie, In., and died Mar. 10, 1937 in Tulsa, Ok. He is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery. I am trying to find out where his wife, Martha Jane was buried. Hopefully, she is next to him. I will send you some more information as I get it if you would like. His daughter, Lillian was my grandmother.

I know nothing of the Feazel line, but regarding "HENRY FEAZEL Born about 1775 VA Son of Michael and Elizabeth, Married Susannah Hauser". I believe this Susannah was Susannah Homrighausen/Humrichouser/Houser.I have her ancestry through Germany. One of her brothers, Jacob, moved to Miami County, Indiana and spelled it Humrickhouse. Her other brothers settled around Fairfield County, Ohio, and turned the first H. into a middle initial so many of their records are ___ H.Houser.

The Henry Feazle that I mentioned was born 1777 in Federick Co., VA, later Shenadoah, and died 1834 in Indiana. He is a different from your Old Henry Feazel. My Henry is the 6th son of Michael Feazel Sr. born May 01, 1735 possibly in Essenheim, Srz, Bdn, Germany. There are

According to my records: Lewis Sylvester Feasel was born in Muncie Ind. 1854, Died 1937 in Tulsa OK. and had a son Lewis Sylvester Feasel Jr. Junior was born 1884 and married a lady named Jane.

At one time I found on the internet:
"This Michael Feasel SR who settled in Frederick (later Shenandoah) Co. VA in 1755 is believed by many to be the Michael Vuisel (Feisel) who appears on the passenger list of the ship Phoenix on its voyage from Rotterdam to Philadelphia in 1749, some 11 years after the earliest Feazel (Philip Martin) arrived on the ship St Andrew in 1738 which took the same route.

This early Feisel immigrant was a true pioneer in every sense of the word, leaving his Palatinate homeland as a young man, traveling up the Rhine to board an English ship in Rotterdam with brother Sebastion to make passage to an exciting new world free of wars that had plagued his homeland for over 100 years."

I am looking for information on Lucy Feasal born 1844 in Ohio. She married Owen Hill and moved to Peoria Illinois. She had 2 children, William Milton Hill and Anna Elizabeth Hill. I believe Lucy may have been found in the 1850 Census as Lucinda Feasel living with Drusilla Whitmore daughter of John Whitmore. Any insight would be very helpful and I would also be very grateful!!

I have wondered if my ancestor, commonly called "Old Henry"
Feezell (Feazell is the spelling on his tombstone) may have the wrong spelling of Feezell. This spelling came through his son Bayless, and has continued to today. Several of us have searched much but cannot find where "Old Henry" came from. There are speculations that it was Virginia or Pennsylvania. I am wondering if it might be Virginia. Would you share your genealogy line? "Old Henry" was born Nov. 1, 1781 and died Feb. 8, 1860 in TN according to his tombstone which was found in Ealy Cemetery in Greene County, TN. We would be so happy to make some connection to somebody.

I talked to a young lady from VA whose name spelling is Feazell who told me that she thought there was a similar story in her family of two brothers who came to America from the Palatinate area, but try as some might, they can make no connection between the two families, even though researcher Kathy Harms felt there probably was a connection.
I am Kathy's sister, and since she has died, would love to help solve this puzzle. Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

I have traced my Feazell line back to Philip M Feazell (the immigrant) who came here in the 1730's. The original name was spelled Feisel or Fiesel. The spelling was changed when he moved his family to Virginia after the Revolution. He boarded the ship in Rotterdam, Holland. I was told he may have come from the Palatinate area. He must have been educated because he signed his name on the ship's manifest of passengers.

My mother told us children the story of two brothers, our ancestors, who emigrated from the Palatinate area, and were well-to-do silk farmers. Does anyone have a similar story in your family?

I believe I am descended from Old Henry Feezell (Feazell) through his son Bayliss (Bayless).

Eunice is my mother-in-law. Janice is her daughter and my wife. We have a beautiful daughter named Katie. Eunice also has three other children (older than my wife). They all each have children of their own. It sounds like Virgil Feasel is your first cousin on your father's Henry's side. Sadly, our grandfather Virgil died last week, in Oregon. He was about 94 or 95 years old. We loved him. I'd love for you to write me more info of the Ranks; my wife is very curious, and we know that Ranks in England are associated with Rank Industries, a well-known English movie studio.

your info is somewhat mixed up .Newsom Rank was both Henry and Davids Father as well as Hattie and Ida's. David was Wayne's father and Wayne was Eunice's father. as Ive been doing Family history and have the Ranks back to about 1670.I have most of the information but just was hoping to Include Eunice and her family with us.please feal free to contact me.

I'm probably wrong when i said that Henry was probably a son of a David Rank. Henry and David were most likely brothers, and brothers to Hattie Rank Feasel (Virgil's mother). By the way, Virgil Feasel, my grandfather-in-law, just passed away this week in Oregon, at around 94.

I would love to have a copy of Jeremiah Jr's will.
Anna E was Jeremiah's wife & Wm W was his son born 06 JUN 1830. Also One of Jeremiah's sisters (Julia S) married an Alfred W Wright in 1852 in Marshall Co & I have always wondered what the link was between the two.
I still have in my posession a picture of Jeremiah Feazell SR and his wife Hannah Murphy. If you would like a copy, let me know & I can email it to you.

Found the following wedding anniversary announcement in the McMinnville, Oregon news dated 10 JUN 2003 & it reads as follows:
"Virgil V. and Lillie (Smith) Feasel of McMinnville will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Saturday. The celebration will be hosted by their son, Nathan. The Feasels were married June 10, 1933 in Oberlin, KS. They lived in Monmouth for 24 years prior to moving to McMinnville six months ago.

Valdo “Bud” Feasel, 81, a Jerry City native, died Friday in Calvary Manor Nursing Home, Glandorf. He had resided in the nursing home two days.
Feasel retired in 1964 after working 30 years as an auto mechanic for the former Wearley Motor Co., Toledo.
He was born April 25, 1900, to Mr. and Mrs. Valdo Feasel (Eliza Hutton). He married Pauline Romer in 1937, and she died July 22, 1973.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Wilma Unterbrink, Ottawa; Barbara Feasel, Glandorf; Mrs. Dolores Wiedmann, Maumee, and Mrs. Susan Ligman, Toledo; a sister, Mrs. Juanita Martin, Cygnet; and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. in the McCrates Funeral Home, Ottawa. Rev. William Hull will officiate and burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Glandorf.

Hope this helps. Hans Michael Feazel was born in Essenheim, Germany on May 1, 1735. He died in Shenandoah Valley, Va in 1796. He was married to Elizabeth Sommer or Sunner and his parents were Killian Feazel and Christina no last name given. George who is married to Margaret Pear is also listed as John George. I have a Virgil Feasel who was born in Henley (Furnas Co.) NB on 12 MAY 1912, but I have no other details on him or his wife (name unknown) except for the name of one daughter, Deborah June Feasel. This Virgil is reputed to be the son of Nathan D Feasel.Nathan was a son of Thomas J Feasel & wife Nancy J Watson. Don't know if this is the right Virgil for your family. Birth dates seem to be a little too far apart.

Hi Don In researching this family I found where My aunt was married to Nathan D Feasel not virgil as my sister had in her records but I remember the family speaking of a Virgil Feasel.
the reference of which I speak is the US Genweb for Nebraska archives-Nebraska,Dawson County Marriage Index
1873-1937
to wit: Feasel Nathan D --- Groom Hattie M(meroa) Rank vol 5 page # 465 Hattie -Brn oct.4,1884-Farnam Dawson co Neb.
I'am the baby of the Henry M.Rank (brother of Hattie)and most of my family are deceased so cant ask questions.would enjoy any info you could pass my way.
