FEDERER, WILLIAM F. Nov. 17, 1947 to Jan. 28, 2004 William Federer, more often referred to as "Bill" by friends and loved ones passed away January 28, 2004, at his home in Redding, Calif. due to complications from cancer at the age of 56. He was raised in National City and attend San Diego Christian School, Sweetwater and Chula Vista High schools. Bill was a combat Army Veteran serving in Viet Nam. After the Army he moved to West Virginia where he resided till August 2003 when he moved to Redding with his Fiancee Taji Tortorello. They were to be married on January 31, 2004. He was an extremely artistic person and owned Rainbow Glass and Construction in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Bill was pre deceased by his loving mother Gloria. Daughters Amber and Kristin; son Billy; grandson Kozmo; his father Raymond and his fiancee Taji survive him. Bill enjoyed nature, fishing and hunting. He will be remembered for the love he gave his family and his dedication to helping others. A memorial service is scheduled for February 20, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at Jewel City Church near Shinnston, West Virginia.
