Wow, I had no idea that anyone answered my inquiries. Thank you so much! I am still looking for ancestors! I just got back around here to see if I could find any more updates. I was new to Ancestery.com when I posted this and researched and researched for weeks and seemed to get nowhere so I let my membership lapse. I am back still trying to put the puzzle pieces together.

In any event Betty was definitely born in Russia. She had a few sisters. Ida Levinson, Esther Besunder (maiden name Levinson), and Fannie (I don't know if she was married or not but I assume when she came over she was also a Levinson) I was very close with my aunt Ida and to the best of my recollection she told me they came over separately but my aunt Ida died when I was a teenager so I am not 100% sure if my recollection of facts is correct. I believe I found info on my Aunt Ida's arrival here in the states but I haven't found her on any census reports. She never married. I have no idea of Betty Feldman's parents or background and prior to you mentioning that David Feldman was born in Russia I had no info on him either. When he died he did leave a small inheritance to my mom so somewhere there are legal papers tying my mother (Blossom Roslyn Feldman Epstein) to her dad. I know he had other children when he relocated to CA. I don't recall when he died.. I would make a guestimate in the late 1960's to some time in the 1970's and he died in CA. My mother always told me her family was from Lithuania.

I will see if I can get Blossom's birth certificate. That is a good starting point. Thank you! No, I have never heard the Faierth name mentioned in my family at all.

To the best of my recollection Betty Feldman died in the 1950's or 1960's.

Thank you!
