Joaquin Feliz who was married to Adelaide Carlon was the son of Vicente Antonio Feliz (1805-1850) and Augustina Olivera (1819-1896). Vicente was the partner of Augustina's father, Martin, in the acquisition of the Morro Y Cayucos Mexican land grant. They owned it from 1842-1845. Vicente was previously married to Juana Maria Villavicensio (1810-1836)but she died after the birth of their 3 children. He remarried Augustina in 1839 and they had 13 children together including your ancestor. Vicente Feliz is the youngest son of Doroteo Feliz (1764-1832 and Juana Villalobo (1774-1834). Doroteo is the son of Jose Vicente Antonio Feliz (1741-1809) and Manuela Pinuelas. He travelled with the first Anza Expedition in 1769 into California. He is credited with the founding of the Pueblo de Los Angeles. His name is on the plaque at Olivera Street in Los Angeles and the Feliz district of LA is named after him.Your anscestor descends from a very famous ealy California family! I hope this helps.
