I am looking for information on my grandmother, Margaret Feliz, she was born in November 12, 1896 in Santa Barbara Co. and died May 29, 1947 in Santa Barbara Co. She was married to Roy Harvey Ingamells in 1914 to her death in 1947. Her mother's maiden name was Ruiz.

I believe your Mary Rose Viada is also a relative of mine. My grandfather was Frank Viada of Pleasanton, CA - cousin of Charlie Viada also of Pleasanton. Is this your family line - was Mary a sister of Charlie? If this rings a bell let me know and I would love to share info with you.

Searching for Juliana or Julieta (?) Dominguez (abt1840) who went to Mexico City to be educated, met and married a Millan, then had a daughter Agapita Millan in El Rosario,Mexico... who married Jesus Rubio. They had a daughter Yndalecia Rubio who came to Los Angeles and married Eusebio Feliz.
I'm looking for the Dominguez or Millan lines--or the Feliz, who was from Philippines.
Our Dominguez line is said to be related to the Sepulveda and the Figuroa families, but I don't know how.

I am a genealogist working for a family who has a Rosita Felis. The Maria Rosario Felis I am working on I know her end result however I believe she maybe possible the one linked to Joaquin Murrieta or maybe not.
I have read the other name she used was Ana la Molinera and left Joaquin Murrieta for Pancho Daniel his Commander. This left Joaquin very upset and set men to kill her. He sent a man name Vergara to kill her. Vergara deserted and then left eventually to Sonora.

Hi,

I noticed that there are lots of posts for some of the same (I think) Feliz that I have on my Family tree but I am not sure if they are the correct ones.

I have a Fred E. Feliz, born 4/21/1889 and died 11/7/1936 in San Luis Obispo. He was married to Addie L. (Lucas was her maiden) and had at least two children, David and Lois.

I also have a Ramon Augustine Feliz, born 1842 in Santa Barbara, CA. Not sure when he died but supposedly married a M. Stenner in 1882.

Ramon's father was J. Vicente Feliz, born in 1797 and married Filomenta Valenzuela in 1825 (?).

If you have any info, please email me or post. I would GREATLY appreciate it!!

Both are said to be from "Los Alamos, Sonora, Mexico"

They had a child named, "Anna Maria De La Luz Velarde Feliz (b. 1759) in Purisima Concepcion, Alamos, Sonora, Mexico

Hi, My grandfather was born in Hopland, Ca. HIs name was Necho Feliz. I am trying to find information on the history of his ancestors and how he got his last name. I was told his father was given that name in 1877 because he worked on the land owned by Fernando Feliz.

I've been reading these messages out of curiosity and found out that I may have A LOT OF FAMILY out there.
I was born in Barahona, R.D. My mother was born in Cabral, Barahona, where a lot of "the Feliz" live. My mother's father, my grandpa, was called: Nicolas Feliz Morales and for what I now his father was a Spanish inmigrant.

My GGGrand mother was Rafaela Feliz she married Antonio Garcia in Los Angeles in 1886. She passed away in 1939. They had 11 children. One of whom, Carmelita Garcia, is my GGrandmother. Due to divorce (or the scandal as I like to call it) she remarried, but I haven't much of a clue as to who! She had several brothers and sisters who must have living relatives in california. Can anyone help?

From what I have, Fernando may have been my gr gr gr grandfather's nephew. What I have is Fernando de la Trinidad FELIZ y COTA - son of Joseph de Jesus FELIZ y PINUELAS and Maria Celia Bonifacia COTA y VERDUGO. He married Maria Benita de Gracia AGUILA y VASQUEZ in Monterey on 1/17/1825. He had 2 land grants - Novato and Sanel. If any of this sounds correct to you, let me know. Don't know if this will help, but the only Maria Manueal FELIZ I have any info on was the daughter of Leonardo Maria FELIZ y COTA and Maria Josefa Barbara SANCHEZ y SOTO. She was baptized 1/1/1823 at the mission in San Francisco. Let me know if this fits what you are looking for.

I am also trying to put the pieces of the "Feliz" family together. Do you have any information about your Great Uncle, Edward Ruiz Feliz? Do you know who any of his brothers or sisters were? or his parents? I'm trying to track down who "Ramona Feliz" was related to. Who her parents were and especially anyone she was married to and/or had children with and the names and DOBs of any children. The timing would be about right for her to possibly be a sister of Edward. If you think you have anything that might help or narrow it down, I'd love to hear from you!

I am a very "small" part of the Feliz family in Bakersfield. The families were so large.. I am the great grandaughter to Jose "Joaquin" Feliz married to Adelaida Carlon. They had 12 children and my grandfather was Antonio Feliz married to Brigida Delcid and they had 12 children. My father was Anthony Feliz married to Mary Esquerio and they had 4 children (including me).

she is 85 yrs. states: salvador feliz-dolores valenzuela angulo
had a son named: jesus feliz-carmen salazar (his wife)
and jesus feliz-carmen salazar were her parents. She knows

I am doing some geneology of the Feliz family. My husband's Great, great grandfather is Joaquin Feliz (who died in Fresno Co.) married to Adelaida Carlon. His Great grandfather is Vicente Joaquin Feliz from Pozo. Seems that you two are related. I find a Vicente Feliz that is Joaquin's father married to Maria Augustina Olivera. Do you know anything about this Vicente Feliz? I find a Josef Vicente Valentin Feliz that had a land grant with Martin Olivera (Augustina's father) but he was married to Filomena Valenzuela ~1820"s??? Any help would be great.

My husband's name is Edmund Roger Domingues. He said his dad has lots of cousins in Bakersfield-Taft. His great grandfather was Vicente Joaquin Feliz married to Florinda Garcia, son of Joaquin Feliz and Adelaida Carlon. Joaquin Feliz died in 1893 in Fresno County after living in San Luis Obispo County when the 1880 census was taken, maybe in Pozo? Seams like Antonio and Vicente were brothers? Do you have more info on this family? I can't find for sure who is Joaquin Feliz's father was. He was Vicente Feliz married to Augustina Olivera, but there are lots of Vicente Feliz around.
