Hi I am looking for a Joseph Feller from NJ who moved to NY in the mid 60's and then in the 70's moved back to NJ.
He was born around 1950. His mothers name was Rita. His father pasted away and she remarried to Ernest Franchi.
Joe was in the Navy and was on the Saratoga in the late 1960's / early 1970's.
