My gggrandfather was Nicholas Gfeller originally Gaefeller in Swiss. He brought his wife and children to america in 1847. Christian was his son. I believe his brothers came too..and therefore I am wondering if this is a brother. They did indicate Bern in their records. They came to American in 1847. He lived in Starke Co., Ohio (canton area) and some of the children were married and lived in Tuscarawas. Please let me know if anyone has claimed your papers. I would love to review them. Grace
