Looking for the family of brother and sister Susan E. Fellers and Zachariah Fellers. Zachariah was postmaster in Mercer County, WV in 1880. Susan E. Fellers married Powhattan B. McKinney and they also lived in Mercer County, WV. They also had a sister that married an unknown Austin. Her 3 children or at least her son and his family were living with Zachariah in 1880. Their names were James E. AUSTIN, 23 a Carpenter , Julia AUSTIN 20 and Charles AUSTIN 1 .
