Does anyone know of a Martha Felmingham of Homersfield in Suffolk who married James Asten in around 1799. She had a brother William Felmingham who married Katherine Blake in 1803 in Homersfield.

none of those names are familiar to me,

I only had son Thomas Hayse & his parents names were on his marriage certificate as Joseph & Susanna,

so it doesn't seem likely,

Hi Julie. Not sure if you can help me. Can you tell me when George Samual Fellingham, born july 7, 1812 in Suffolk County, England, came over to the U.S.? He married Emma Scroggins who was also born in Suffolk in 1818. They both died in Verona, Illinois, he in 1890, she in 1852. Do you have details of when they sailed, and from where etc.? Thanks.

We have Truman Knibbs, 1897-1969 who married Mattie Kilmer(1894-1977) as our aunt and uncle.

I have Elizabeth born 1901, Paul born 1903. No marriage date. They had Dorothy M. Hause in 1927 (she married LeRoy Schwantes). Elizabeth and PaPaul also had Carol E Hause in 1931. (She married Gean H. Arenz). Let me know if you need more.

I have Felmingham/Fellingham & Hayse/Hayes in my tree also,
the Hayse was from Ireland & Felmingham from England, born around 1825, any possibilities ?

Your name looks familiar, we could have corresponded over 10 years ago maybe.

I have a Susanna/Hannah Felmingham/Fellingham born abt 1825 in England who married Joseph Henry Hayse/Hayes & migrated to Boston, Mass. & had a son Thomas born abt 1847, I believe his wife died & Joseph re-married & Thomas then took off for Australia.

I haven't been able to find where Susanna was born, Joseph was Irish.

Your Joseph is a few generations later than mine & I only have information on my Thomas's family who came to Australia, Joseph & his wife were both from UK,

I have a Joseph Hayse on my tree. He was born in Mass. Appx. dob 1869, he married a women named Roseanna and they lived in New Hampshire. They had a son names Thomas, appx. dob 1899. Roseanna was of native american decent. She is the one I am trying to find info on. I am searching for her maiden name but am not having any success.

I have found Gillian who married Malcolm Calderwood but sadly passed away a few years ago. I met with Malcolm her husband in Hove and he shared photos and memories of Gillian which will help with my research. Thanks for your interest.

Hi, I am Christopher Robin Fellingham. Born 1937 in Dorking Surrey to Ronald Kimberly Fellingham born in Tunbridge Wells. His father came from Brighton so we must be related. I am a Felmingham by birth and every now and then do a little research. My Dad's family come from London, rather than Norfolk, and I am a gg grand-daughter of Samuel Felmingham & Esther Blake who appear on some trees I have found.

Not sure if we are related but I have seen and used your Felmingham BDM index in the past- Thank you!

Can go no further back than John Felmingham, Samuels grandfather, but its fun picking up the research in spare moments. I recently discovered, for example that Johns wife Maria, my gggg grandmother was imprisioned for 6 months in 1823 for theft!

Anyway, keep up the good work!

We have traced our branch of the family back to John and Jane Fellingham in the 1860 census in Brooklyn NY. John was from England and Jane was from Ireland. John was 40-45 during that census. Their son John was my great-great grandfather. If anyone has any information concerning John and Jane's other children or relatives I would love to hear about them!!

I'm wondering if you would have come accross a Susanna or Hannah Felmingham in U.K. born about 1800-1825 ?, I've heard of one in Suffolk but think she died young.
Mine marr. Joseph Henry Hayse (an Irishman) & supposedly went to Boston, Mass. U.S.A. where they had a son Thomas, but we've been unable to find any records for them.

George Fellingham married Ann Siflet. He was born New York 1838. His parents were George Fellingham born Suffolk, his mother Emma Scoggins b. 1818 Suffolk.

I am the great grand-daughter of Ann Sgoggins b. Suffolk 1833

George Fellingham Jnr was the son of George Fellingham and
Emma Scoggins born 1818 in Yoxford, Suffolk. I have lots of information on the Sgoggins dating back to 1720.

As yet know nothing of the Fellinghams after they left for NY approx. 1835.

Maybe we are related somewhere in the distant past!
