My Great Grandfather John O Davis married a Mary E Fellner in Fort Smith Arkansas on May 16th 1891. They were married by P.G. Saterfield (Justus of the Peace).

John and Mary had two children.

Ada Davis

I know that when my grandfather (Joe) was very small his mother died. I think he was six years old. So Mary must have died about 1908. I don't remember when John O. Davis died but I think in was in think it was in the 30's or 40's and know that he is burried in Fort Smith.

I remember him telling me that she was German.

Joe married Sina Tatum in 1920 and had one child (Cora) in 1925.

Im the son of Cora.

Ada married a Shaw and lived in Eastern Oklahoma. I can't remember her husbands name but they had several children. I do remember one was named Wren.

I would appreciate any help in trying to trace this family.
