would like to find out how to get marriage record from Strasbourg, France of my gr. gr.grandfather, Jos. Fels, who was married in Huttenheim,Bas Rhin, France (Germany) on 10.floreal 7 (29 April 1798) to Marie Anne Reibel. Civil Records because I do not know of the church. Probably Catholic?
