I,M trying to find out if any Feltham, namely, William or Richard, sons of Robert Feltham and Mary Baldwin of Shotesham St.Mary in Norfolk may have emigrated to the U.S or Canada in mid 1800,s or even been sent to Australia. They would have been born 1834, and 1838, and had a sister Charlotte Feltham Stone, and sisters Ann and Susan and another brother Charles, Charles family may have moved to Colton in Norfolk, and Charlotte Feltham Stone, her daughter married a Bowles from Gt. Yarmouth
Her name was Mary Baldwin, born 1811. She married Robert Fetham on July 8, 1834. We believe she may have died during childbirth, since she died around the same time that their youngest child, Charlotte, was born.

Re: Feltham's from Wincanton

Hello Delaina:

We corresponded once some time ago about Felthams from Wincanton. At that time, I knew nothing further about my earliest Feltham, Louisa, born 1818, except that she was born at Wincanton, and living at Sutton Mandeville when she married in 1844. Since that time, I have discovered three possible connections with your Felthams from Wincanton -
1. One of Louisa's Feltham Barnes daughters, Louisa Barnes, was enumerated in a census with Clarissa Feltham, born 1804, at Wincanton. Clarissa was the unmarried daughter of Henry Feltham and Martha Cave.
2. Louisa herself was enumerated with Henry Thomas Feltham in the 1841 census of West Stower, Dorset. Thomas Henry was another child of Henry Feltham and Martha Cave.
3. Perhaps most significantly, Louisa Feltham's husband, Thomas Barnes, was likely the son of William Barnes and his wife Sarah. In 1841, William and Sarah Barnes had an Anna Bioletti, aged 7, enumerated with them in the Dinton census. I know that your Mary Feltham married a Bioletti.

I have speculated that Louisa Feltham might be an illegitimate grandchild of Henry Thomas Feltham. This is becuase her wediing certificate was completely blank in the space reserved for the name of her father. However, with the Bioletti connection, perhaps there is a closer connection with your Felthams.

Do you have any further into, which might shed some light on any of these connctions?

Any information you can share will be most appreciated.

Hi:
This may help. Glovertown has been collecting information about its people over the past couple of years. I know they have collected photography as well as familytree, businress, information etc.
There was a book done by the United Church whick has photo in it. The Public Library may be able to help you with some of this.
The Tuffs had a store on main street in Gloverton . If I remember correctly Gerald owned it?
As for Sharon she married a Brenton and had two boys.
They are in my familytree of Feltham

kathleen
