FELTMAN / philpman brothers from MASS to GA b 1840's

Surnames: feltman feldman feltmon fellman philpman felpman
I have just made a "find". My George McDuffie Feltman who was in Maeriwether, GA is in the 1860 census as George M PHILPMAN b. 1839 in MASSACHUSETTS. Also listed in Meriweather are 3 boys living with another family.
Jacob b. 1842 MASS
Edmund b. 1844 MASS
William b. 1848 MASS
Does anyone have info on these guys??? I do know that George and Jacob died in the civil war and had enlisted together. Not sure what happened to the other boys. I did not see parent, but maybe the boys all came down together??
