I'm looking for some information on a John William Fendley from Pickens South Carolina. He married a woman Elvria Looper and had three children William,Frances,and Elvria.He wasn't in the 1860 census for Pickens county, so I think he divorced her and moved somewhere else. He was in the Civil War, and signed up for the Pickens Camp (Orr's rifles) in 1861.He was a prisioner of war and was released in July 1865.After that he is missing and I know he survived the war, but it appears he moved somewhere else. Any information was be helpful. I'm working on the Finley surname for South Carolina so if anyone needs help with them let me know.Thanks Keith
