My ggrndfather was Alexander G. Ferguson, he married a Kate Smith in or around Collingwood, Ontario, Canada
I believe they had 10 children: Alex , Jessie , George , Arthur , Hazel ,Darcy , Carl , Gordon , Harold ,
and Walter ( my grandfather).
Alex was nickenamed Sandy
was born in/around 1852 in Calander Ontario
Alex ( I think) only had 1 brother Hugh?
Alex's family came from Scotland
Kate's father was Eugene smith, mother Sarah Free
