Looking for any information on a John Fern b. abt. 1827 Germany married to a Mahala and living in Clarion Co., Pa. 1870 & 1880. They had children Mary, Margaret, Sarah, Susan, Caroline, Henry, John, Emma and Charles. By 1900 widow Mahala Fern is living in Richland Twp., Venango Co. with some of the children still at home.
