I'm looking for info on Luman Ferry, born abt 1850 somewhere in conneticut. He apparently moved to Luzerne county, Pennsylvania, where he was a Justice of the Peace and also a County Commisioner for 3 years.

I'm looking for his parents and any other ancestors, and any additional info that anyone may have.

I believe Luman was married to Ruth Stuart (daughter of Nathaniel Stuart and Mercy Lockwood)

Luman and Ruth were the parents of Charles Marsh Ferry, born 1828, died 1897.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed any light on Luman! He is a tough character to find. I've found him in some census documents, and some other materials as well, but am trying desperately to determine his ancestors.
