Thanks for responding. Since Henry Feuerbach (1870-?) is your g-grandfather, you and I share ggg-grandparents Hans Soenke (1803-1881) and Christina Maria Jacobs (1802-1864), so I guess we are 4th cousins.

I am mostly interested in the Soenke and Jacobs lines, but recently thought I was making progress with Feuerbach. When I found that 3 generations of Johann Feuerbachs married women named Dietz, I thought maybe there was some mistake. Can you help with any of this?
