Marion, James
Again I have little to add - but maybe any little helps.
I started a couple of years ago with the idea that all Fever's in Kent are related - but that is easier said than proved. In a failed attempt to forge links between families I have tabulated a spreadsheet of the Census data for all the Fe(a)ver's in Kent.
From this I asume that we are all talking about the family that, in 1891 were listed as:(if this dosn't format OK I can e-mail)
Fever, Faversham
George C 1860 Brompton Head
Emma J 1861 Sheerness Wife
Jane E 1881 Faversham Daughter
Ada 1884 Faversham Daughter
Edith 1888 Faversham Daughter
Arthur 1890 Faversham Son
and in 1901 as:
Fever, Davington (Faversham)
George 1860 Brompton Head
Emma 1861 Sheerness Wife
Ada 1882 Faversham Daughter
Arthur 1891 Faversham Son
Albert 1893 Faversham Son
Minnie 1895 Faversham Son
Jessie 1900 Faversham Son
Unless I made a mistake in transcription no Walter who should have been about 8.
Going back, I think that, from the 1861 census) George's father is probably Thomas:
Fever, Gillingham
Thomas 1832 Newnham Head
Elizabeth 1838 Teynham Wife
Emily 1858 Teynham Daur
George 1860 Gillingham Son
Brompton is in Gillingham.
On a separate link.
Gavin, I thought that I had written to you some time back about an Ella Cowdery whose mother was Ella Gladys Packham, however I cannot find an e-mail so I may be imagining it. If you are interested get back to me.
