I replied to your later e-mail on my thread first, before I saw this one.

On my tree I also have I have "pencilled in" a John Fever (b. c1692) and Ann Wear (b. c1687) as possible grandparents of Francis b c1750. I believe that it is possible that Ann had a brother John who in turn may have been father to Francis - but I have no strong evidence of this link.
