I have an Adeline Yates who married James Few in 1856. James was born in Dickson Co, TN. Adeline's father was named James as well. I don't know if it is the one you are looking for, but if so, she would be my 3rd great-grandmother.

She had children named Nancy Jane, William Lawrence (my 2nd g-grandfather), John W., and Lucinda Jane.
