Taylor and Emaline Fewell were my gggrandparents. In researching this line I have found the following information and would appreciate any help that you may have in connection with my line.

Taylor Fewell (Fuel or Fuell) was born in Indiana possibly around 1840-50, married Eamaline ?(Smith)? around 1860-70 and had 10 children, eight of which lived and their names are as follows: Pearlie, Henley, Malinda (Linde), Evel Lena, Josie, Mattie, Jim and John. I believe Jim settled in Pine Bluff, Ark.; John around Memphis, Tn; Mattie married a Nichols and settled in Erin, Tennessee. Evel Lena was my ggrandmother and married Jesse Halliburton and settled in Cherokee, Alabama. Sometime in the late 1880's Taylor and Emaline moved from Bartholomew County Indiana to Erin, Tn (Benton County)where Taylor died before 1900. In the 1900 census, Emaline is head of household with some of the younger children still at home.
