According to the parish register of St. Bartholomew's, Roger Fielden married Grace Aspden in Great Harwood, Lancashire, England on 23rd April 1810. After this I can find no trace of the couple. I suspect that they changed the spelling of their surname to Fielding. There was certainly a Roger & Grace Fielding living in Great Harwood between 1810 and 1832, as ten of their children were christened there during this period. Any light anyone can throw on this would be most welcome!
