My father was born in Beachburg Ont. Canada in 1894, died in 1971 in Pembroke Ontario. I am wanting to find out where the name came from, I know that there were many different ways to spell it in early years, such as Finloch but can not find out to much, lack of info, names and places. Anyone in Irland that could give me a lead would be greatly appreciated.
