Surnames: Finlay
Trying to find above. Know that his father was also called Thomas. He emigrated to USA leaving family behind. Perished before sending for family. Family spent some time in Newcastle Union Workhouse - Wingrove workhouse ?about 1879.
Thomas junior later married Ellen Mcgough in Dunston in 1904.
