I am still searching for any information about my grandfather, William Edward Finn (1883) born in Cumberland, MD. Yours is the closest story to my own. I hope you were successful and if there was any connection. William Edward was orphaned at a very young age and lived in St. Mary Industrial School for Boys for a time.
